500 Server Error

On some images I get 500 server error so I can't upload them.
For instance the image at https://web.archive.org/web/20190301004 … in-the-sky

I will check logs for error.
Please don't waste time on SVGs from Openclipart. All of them is already in database and it is part of tagging process. This way it be duplicate content since it is hard to find same SVG's.
We didn't load all of them at once since we are looking for a way to recognise SVGs with quality meta data so that we can publish them automatically.

OK, the source of the image is not that relevant. I also got a
