[FEATURE] ADD MONTHLY VISITOR COUNT TO PAGE STATS

This idea comes as a result of a conversation I had recently via twitter where the other user was under the impression the site did not have many users / visitors, they concluded this after logging in and confusing a small growing number of contributors with actual visitor numbers, I think this person has made an excellent point.

I personally think the site user numbers are something to be proud of and should be published, it will help benefit contributors as they will be reassured they are not submitting images into a empty void, and for new users logging in, they too will realise the site grows in popularity.
