[BUG] Upload accepts no image and then glitches

If you forget tags or something it won't go to the next page but if you forget to attach an image to upload it lets you click the upload button without an error but then on the next page it fails to upload and all of your description and tags etc are erased and you have to start over from the start. It would be best to just not let you continue if you forget to attach a file.
