So I've just researched it, it wasn't actually a plug-in, it was in the core repository:
The developers just removed it last month here: https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/me … 1006/diffs
But presumably some of that code could be re-purposed.

What do we think about having an api that could be used in the inkscape plugin (which used to be powered by open clipart) without authentication?
Right now the current one requires an auth key, but that would end up being public if included in the plug-in - would that be okay?

Is it possible to edit the tags of clip art that's already published but which you haven't claimed as yours?
I am noticing some clip art that's been tagged with very few tags or not very good description - I know it's a tiring task but it would be nice if we could crowdsource fixing them.
However when I search for the titles of them in the tagging portion of the website, I'm not seeing them come up- maybe this is by design?
Is this maybe something only admins can do?
